Originally established as a logging business by Levi and his brother Henry, the company has evolved to meet the diverse needs of the hardwood industry, focusing on both milling and timber purchasing.
About Our Marion County Operations:
In 2012, Levi acquired Beach City Lumber and rebranded it as American Eagle Hardwoods. Since then, we’ve continued to grow as a trusted name in Ohio’s hardwood industry, delivering high-quality lumber products and sustainable timber services to customers across the state.
Beyond our milling operations, we also offer timber purchasing services to landowners in Marion County and throughout Ohio. We work directly with landowners to purchase timber and manage harvesting projects, providing fair pricing and sustainable practices that benefit both the land and the local economy.
In 2022, we completed a major mill renovation, upgrading to a state-of-the-art band saw in place of the traditional circular saw. This improvement has allowed us to increase production efficiency, maximize the yield from each log, and consistently deliver the high-quality lumber our customers expect.
